All devices received at our warehouse undergo an extensive electronic test to ensure they are fully functional and fault free. After the electronic test, they are graded based on their cosmetic appearance from Grade A+ to Grade AB.

All of our products work like new in terms of hardware and software. Certified IP67 or IP68 waterproof (protection against dust or water) may not be guaranteed.

Grading Guide
Grade A+ (Excellent)
The best aesthetic grade.
The phone is in excellent condition – it may show very light signs of wear that are imperceptible more than 20 cm away.
They are products intended for customers who want a product that is like new but at a lower price than its official list price.
Grade A (Very Good)
Devices slightly below the excellent grade (A+).
The body may show slight signs of wear, while the display has micro-scratches sometimes visible in backlighting or when the screen is off.
Grade AB (Good)
They are the cheapest products.
The body may show evident signs of wear, while the display is scratched or damaged even when the display is on.
